Head of Badr City Development Authority: offering commercial, administrative and professional units for sale
Instead of Rashid, the head of the Badr City Authority, about offering 7 shops and a pharmacy with areas ranging from (18m2 : 37m2) and a municipal bakery with an area of 395m2 in the first neighborhood in the second neighborhood, and 17 professional and administrative units with areas ranging from (70m2 : 102m2), on the ground floor of a number of housing buildings in the second neighborhood, the third neighborhood in Badr City.
The head of the Badr City Authority explained that the auction session for the sale of 7 shops, pharmacy and bakery will be held on Tuesday, 30/7/2024, and the auction session for the sale of 17 administrative and professional units will be held on Tuesday, 6/8/2024.
It is worth mentioning that the brochure of conditions and specifications is requested from the headquarters of the Badr City Authority, and those wishing to enter the auction can inspect the shops, pharmacy, bakery and units on the official working hours of the authority.
In the same context, engineer Radwan Abdul Rashid, head of Badr City Authority, announced that 8 shops and two pharmacies were sold in the neighborhoods: the third, fifth and seventh.
The head of the authority stressed that the authority seeks to provide various services to citizens and upgrade the level of necessary services from shops, pharmacies, bakeries and supermarkets, which confirms the interest of the new Communities Authority and the city authority in all neighborhoods and various housing hubs.
