Roya real estate development company has launched its latest project ” The Big Business District “in New Cairo, a mixed-use project, and the initial phase of it is being launched as Cluster 1, which consists of administrative commercial units and medical clinics on an area of about 38,184 square meters, with a construction area of about 90,500 square meters.

The launch of the project comes within the framework of the company’s development vision to implement full-service real estate projects in strategic areas to implement its expansion plan in the Egyptian market, with a total target sales of up to 60 billion pounds and includes commercial, administrative and hotel units of various sizes, in the fifth settlement with an interface of about 535 meters on the ring road.
